Outpatient individual therapy for children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, social difficulties, and adjustment issues. Dr. Mitch uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help young people develop coping skills and build resilience.

Family Therapy

When a child or adolescent is struggling, the whole family feels it. Family therapy sessions help improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships. Dr. Mitch works collaboratively with all family members to identify patterns and develop practical strategies for lasting change.

Psychological Assessment & Diagnosis

Comprehensive psychological evaluations to clarify diagnoses and inform treatment planning. Dr. Mitch is trained in the ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) and conducts assessments for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and emotional/behavioral concerns. Assessments include standardized testing and clinical interviews. Written reports are not available at this time.
